FCC Regulatory Fees for Fiscal Year 2025 Due September 25, 2025

The Federal Communications Commission has finalized its regulatory fee schedule for Fiscal Year 2025. All telecommunications providers subject to regulatory fees must submit payment by September 25, 2025.

Failure to pay regulatory fees and any late penalties can result in serious sanctions, including proceedings to revoke FCC authorizations held by the delinquent payor. Providers whose total assessed annual regulatory fees fall below the Commission’s de minimis threshold of $1,000 are not required to make payment. Providers should add this payment deadline to their TrackNow monitoring system to ensure timely compliance. The de minimis exemption is not permanent, requiring providers to reevaluate their total fee liability each fiscal year to determine continued eligibility for the exemption.
