Jan 22, 2026: The Fundamentals: Fulfilling the FCC’s Annual CPNI Training Requirement 2026

Quickly and easily satisfy this requirement with JSI’s live, 60-minute training webinar to have your employees trained or refreshed on the CPNI rules. All telecommunications carriers providing voice services must certify by March 1 of each year.

During this training session, the JSI team will review the CPNI rules and how to adapt them to modern communications networks so that sensitive customer information does not end up in the wrong hands.

Companies that either register for the live program or purchase a recording for later viewing will receive a training certificate document for employees to sign, affirming that they have completed the CPNI training program.
