FCC Form 477 Deadline Extended to March 15
After experiencing technical issues last week, the FCC’s Form 477 filing system is now open and accepting filings. The FCC announced today that the extended deadline is March 15.
Companies must submit the FCC Form 477, Local Telephone Competition and Broadband Reporting, for data as of December 31, 2020, via the FCC’s online filing system. Reporting is required for all:
- Facilities-based providers of broadband connections to end-user locations
- Wired or fixed-wireless local exchange telephone service providers
- Interconnected VoIP service providers; and
- Facilities-based providers of mobile telephony and mobile broadband service
