POSITION DESCRIPTION
Job responsibilities include data gathering, completion and submission of various separations projects, such as toll-cost studies, USF filings, and FCC forms. The Consultant also assists in the preparation of state and interstate access tariff filings; interacts with client management level employees, as well as NECA personnel in the submission and completion of projects; and performs special projects and studies as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; at least five years of operational telephony experience, and be extremely knowledgeable in FCC Part 32 and 64 accounting procedures.
Excellent written and oral communications skills as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office programs required. Knowledge of FCC Part 36 & 69 and CPA certification a definite plus.
