It is clear that video entertainment is becoming more and more important to customers, and therefore, more important as a potential service to independent providers. There are many options to explore for getting into the video business; e.g., , through the acquisition of an existing cable TV system, the reselling of satellite-delivered service, the use of IPTV technology over existing facilities, and overbuilding a market with new facilities.
JSI works with clients to analyze and build a detailed financial business case for all these scenarios to help determine the impact of video services provisioning on a company's financial well-being. Our analysis includes a multi-year set of projections, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. In addition, JSI looks at financial tests for return performance, bank covenants, and more. The financials assembled by JSI can also form the basis of a bank package that can be used to secure debt financing.
