POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Consultant – Revenue Requirements is responsible for data gathering, completion, and submission of various separations projects, such as toll-cost studies, USF filings, and FCC forms. The Consultant also assists in the preparation of state and interstate access tariff filings; interacts with client management level employees, as well as NECA personnel, in the submission and completion of projects; and, performs special projects and studies as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Requires a college degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or economics, and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and solid computer abilities are required. Must be able to travel as needed.
