2012 marks an important milestone for JSI. While we pause to honor the past and the friends we've made over the years, we also look ahead at what is increasingly a difficult time for our industry. We face many dramatic changes - unfamiliar and sometimes untested technologies, new rules for USF/ICC and other policies, threats from unconventional competitors and demands from customers for the "latest and greatest" services. These pressures will require all of us to think creatively, use our resources wisely, and push our staff to find the best solutions for the problems confronting us.
