As competition grows more ingrained, Local Number Portability (LNP) is becoming part of everyday operations for most telecom providers.  And, just as quickly as companies adjust to today's porting requirements, the rules seem to change, as with the recent FCC requirements for one-business-day rules for simple ports.  To assist clients with the porting process, JSI has contracted with NeuStar, the NPAC administrator, for Service Order Administration (SOA) access.  JSI's SOA management service is an affordable option for you to submit orders to activate, modify, release, or disconnect ported customers in the NPAC and be assured that these orders are processed in a timely manner.  Our varied porting plan options, as well, offer clients flexibility when choosing a service to meet their financial and production needs.

Working with NeuStar since 1990, JSI was the first consulting firm to offer SOA management.  We continue to add enhancements to the service; including our active password-protected online system, which enables clients to submit port order requests via the MyJSI website.  Clients using the online system are provided a username and password, and client data is secured from viewing by others - and the online archive enables you to review all your submitted orders.  By far our most popular application, Network Services now processes more than 1,000 online SOA orders per month.
