As competition grows more ingrained, Local Number Portability (LNP) is becoming part of everyday operations for most telecom providers. In fact, as a result of the FCC’s LNP order, intermodal porting is a reality for all telecom providers. Consequently, access to NeuStar’s Number Portability Administration Center (NPAC) ranks as an essential requirement to enable companies to complete the porting function for your customers. JSI has contracted with NeuStar, the NPAC administrator, for Service Order Administration (SOA) access. JSI’s SOA management service is an affordable option for you to submit orders to activate, modify, release, or disconnect ported customers in the NPAC and be assured that these orders are processed in a timely manner.
Working with NeuStar since 1990, JSI was the first consulting firm to offer SOA management. We continue to add enhancements to the service, including our password-protected online system, which allows clients to submit port order requests via the JSI website. Clients using the online system are provided a username and password, and client data is secured from viewing by any other company . Plus the system’s online archive enables you to review all your submitted orders. By far our most popular enhancement, JSI Network Services now processes more than 1,000 online orders per month.
Should you require NPAC access in the future, or if you looking for a more cost-effective plan to meet your SOA needs, JSI Network Services offers competitive service options and pricing plans.
