The FCC requires that all companies report their utilization of assigned numbering resources and their forecasting for all future code assignments. The North American Numbering Plan Administrator (NANPA) tracks code utilization and forecasting using Numbering Resource Utilization/Forecast Report (NRUF) Form 502. If your company is assigned numbering resources at either the block or NXX levels, you are required to complete and file the NRUF Form 502 twice yearly, by February 1 and August 1, respectively.

For companies that may be involved in a pooled Top-100 MSA rate center, JSI also assists with the FCC’s mandatory pooling forecast requirements in NeuStar’s Pooling Administration System (PAS). The pooling forecasts are due at the same time as the NRUF Form 502.
