The routing of customer calls is essential to your operations. To ensure successful call completions, your routing information must be published according to the industry standards in the Telcordia® Routing Administration (TRA) LERG™ Routing Guide to be disseminated to all other telecom providers. JSI is contracted with Telcordia as a designated TRA administrator for the Administrative Operating Company Number (AOCN) service. As such, JSI has access to the Business Integrated Routing & Rating Database (BIRRDS). In its administrator role, JSI enters all necessary information for the LERG, including the following:

• NPA-NXX
• NPA-NXX-X (block assignments)
• Rate Center
• Switch CLLI Codes
• Tandem Homing Arrangements
• Location Routing Numbers (LRN)

With more than a decade of AOCN experience, JSI offers the assurance of timely and accurate LERG database updates made on your behalf. Network Services also can assist with the ordering of NPA-NXX or NPA-NXX-X assignments in NANPA’s Numbering Administration System (NAS) and the NeuStar® Pooling Administration System (PAS), respectively.
